Application

This privacy policy applies to the personal information that CCRM collects about you when you visit Signals’ website (the “Site”).

The Personal Information CCRM Collects When You Visit the Site

When you visit the Site, CCRM collects the personal information that you provide to us when you “Submit a Comment” using the Site. This information includes your comment, name and email address.

Web servers automatically collect certain information about a visit to a website, including your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address. IP addresses are unique numbers assigned by Internet Service Providers (“ISP”) to all devices used to access the Internet. Web servers automatically log the IP addresses of visitors to their sites. The IP address, on its own, may not identify you, but can do so when combined with other data automatically collected when you request a web page, such as the name of the page you visited and the date and time of your visit.

CCRM’s Use of Cookies

“Cookies” are an example of “digital markers”: a small file placed on your computer by a website that you visit. They are stored there so that the web server can remember certain pieces of information about you and make your visit easier so that you do not have to reenter the same information every time. This information is used by the web server during the same or another visit to the website.

When you visit the Site, CCRM uses cookies for visitors who leave comments so they do not have to re-type all their information again when leaving another comment. These cookies expire in a little less than a year from when they are set.

CCRM uses cookies to collect your personal information from the sites we control. CCRM does not use cookies to capture any personal information about you when you visit other sites not controlled by CCRM.

You may adjust your browser settings to reject digital markers, including cookies. Disabling cookies when you visit our website will have no discernible impact on your browsing experience. Please consult your browser’s Help Menu for instructions.

How CCRM Uses Your Personal Information

CCRM uses the personal information we collect on our Site for the following purposes:

  • the purposes for which you provided it;
  • to contact you if we have questions about your comment(s); and,
  • to analyze the success, effectiveness, usability or popularity of the content/service.

CCRM Third-Party Analytics

CCRM uses third-party web analytics services, including Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technologies to collect data (such as IP addresses) to evaluate use of, and interaction with, our site. These tools collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit and other information that assists us in improving our websites. We collect and use this analytics information in aggregate form so that it cannot reasonably be manipulated to identify any particular individual user.

External Sites

For the convenience of our visitors, CCRM provides links to external sites that are not under our control (for example, Twitter and other social media sites), however we do not send your information to these sites. We are not responsible for the content and the privacy practices of sites other than our own. We encourage you to examine each site’s privacy policy and disclaimers, and to make your own decisions regarding the accuracy, reliability and completeness of material and information found there.

How We Safeguard Your Personal Information

CCRM protects the information we collect on servers in a controlled, secure environment. We maintain safeguards to defend against unauthorized access, use, modification and disclosure of this data.

CCRM uses industry-standard SSL encryption when communicating your data.

However, no data transmission over the Internet or a wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, there are security and privacy limitations of the Internet that are beyond our control. Information and data may be viewed or tampered with in transit by a third party, despite best efforts.

Privacy Policy Changes

CCRM may change Signals’ Website Privacy Policy from time to time, without advance notice and at CCRM’s sole discretion. Your continued use of this site after any change in Signals’ Website Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change(s).

CCRM has included the date on which any changes are made to Signals’ Website Privacy Policy in the “Last Updated” section at the beginning of the policy. We encourage you to review this when you access the site.

Email Communications

Any personal information that you provide to Signals will only be used to respond to your message and to contact you if we have any questions about your comment(s).
