Cal Strode

Cal Strode is a communications consultant specializing in health, science, and innovation, with experience in these sectors across the UK, Canada, and U.S. Previously, he was the Manager, Communications at CCRM. Before that, he worked with the UK’s National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Applied Research Collaboration North West Coast (ARC NWC) and UK Research & Innovation’s (UKRI) 3DBioNet network. He also has five years of public health communications experience, delivering national campaigns with measurable impact in the fields of mental and sexual health. With an interest in how effective communications can catalyze change, his undergraduate thesis on the topic won the European Public Relations Education and Research Association (EUPRERA) award, which led to him presenting his findings at EUPRERA’s congress in Brussels.
