You know how you’ve made a resolution for 2019 that will make you a better, happier person? Well did you know last Friday (January 12) was the day when most people give up on their resolutions, according to the Independent, reporting on a new study?

Signals isn’t a person, so it doesn’t get caught up in the hype around making a new year’s resolution. However, it does fall prey to the temptation for self-improvement. With that in mind, we’d like you to answer six really easy questions about the time you spend with us.

I  hear you groaning. I know you hate surveys. We all do. But since you have taken the time to click on this post (okay, maybe I tricked you), I’m hoping that means you are game to participate. I promise it will be quick and painless. The bloggers and I would really appreciate it.

If you’re feeling bad about falling off the wagon, eating that family size bag of chips last night (maybe that was just me?) or still not doing…(fill in the blank), at least you can feel good about this! (Did you make a resolution about being a nicer, kinder, more helpful person in 2019? Hint, hint.)

Please click on the monkey below. You’ll be finished in no time!
